Refund Policy

At Sprink Speaks Therapy Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized speech and language services. Due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy.
Service-Based Policy
All services provided—including evaluations, therapy sessions, parent coaching, and consultations—are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. Please review our policy:

24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule a session

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in:

A forfeited session, or
-
A cancellation fee (if applicable)

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions when proper notice is given.
Subscription Services
For clients enrolled in subscription-based services:

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly)
-
No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods
-
Clients may cancel their subscription with 7 days notice prior to the next billing cycle
-
Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period
-
1 makeup session is offered monthly. After that, session is forfeited
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
For clients enrolled in subscription-based services:

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly)

Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period

Packages

Packages are non-refundable once any session has been used

Unused sessions may expire after 30 unless otherwise stated
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

Medical emergencies

Family emergencies

Other extenuating circumstances
Approval is at the sole discretion of Sprink Speaks Therapy Solutions.
